Hello to all
 
Hi, we will be closing on a patio villa in Hemingway next week! Will be part timers for the next 2 or 3 years, but really looking forward to it :smiley: Wanted to say thanks for all the good information on here, it helps a lot concerning contractors, utilities, etc...

We r part-timers, too. We live in TV from mid-June until the end of December. Then we head home for the snow! We love The Villages and we love snow so we get the best of both worlds!
