Sanford airport?

Signature charged me $43 each way.

I do not think The Villages transportation goes to Sanford, the Villages airport van does. I have only taken the VAN one time and its was a very long trip. The van went to Orlando first, then to Sanford well over 2 hours, and the trip back was worse. From the previous reply, it sounds like the may now be a direct trip to the airport, I would be sure to ask.

Signature is direct to Sanford, to and from.

If more than one of you are going I have found the best alternative is a one way car rental. I rented one last week for $51 ($37 plus all the taxes and airport fees). You can go when you want and go direct.

Signature has a special right now $30.00, just booked for August.

skyking... how did you handle the drop-off? Which company did you use?

44 Apple, I am not sure what you mean by "drop off". I have used Enterprise and Hertz. You simply return the car at the rental car lot at the airport. Enterprise will pick you up to get the car and I see that the local Hertz is advertising the same thing. For two or more it is not only cheaper but you leave and arrive on your own schedule.
