How many homes in TV have had bugs at one time or another. We see'm we kill them........that's what they did and closure was lifted. Not a big deal!

There are bugs everywhere in Florida. They took care of them, all is good now!

Those bugs you are referring to that "...are everywhere in Florida" were roaches. Listed below are the 'High Priority' inspection observations taken directly from the actual Inspection Report of Palmer Legends CC restaurant dated 6/15/2016. For those interested, you can find any and all Florida restaurant inspection reports at DBPR: Home Page

Violation Observation
12A-07-4 High Priority - Cook failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-05-4 High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approx 20 live roaches on motor of dish machine. Observed 2 live roaches on water pipers behind dish machine. Observed approx 15 live roaches under counter at server station. Observed approx 25 live roaches under hand wash sink at server station.
12A-02-4 High Priority - Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. **Corrected On-Site**

I agree!! That's a little more than bugs are everywhere. And they could at least train their employees to do the job right when inspectors are watching them. After they are gone, they can go back to the normal routine :22yikes:

The real news story here is the inspection/temporary closing of the restaurant is actually reported in today's print newspaper.
