Those bugs you are referring to that "...are everywhere in Florida" were roaches. 12A-07-4 High Priority - Cook failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-05-4 High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approx 20 live roaches on motor of dish machine. Observed 2 live roaches on water pipers behind dish machine. Observed approx 15 live roaches under counter at server station. Observed approx 25 live roaches under hand wash sink at server station.
12A-02-4 High Priority - Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. **Corrected On-Site**
