Mad Man on a golf cart
 

This afternoon coming out of Laural Manor after a Dr's appointment there was a crazy man on a golf cart screaming and cursing at a person in another golf cart. I stopped as he was in the crossing area. to let him by. He then proceeded to curse and swear at me and my wife. Don't know what his problem was but he appears to have a real mental health problem. Safe to say he had better not run up against someone as crazy as he is.

It is the heat and humidity in FL during the summer. It makes people go mad.
