T&D For Lanai Enclosure?
 

I keep reading about T&D for enclosing our lanai but I can't find a phone number for them or even a complete name. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can contact them? Thanks

There are many reliable contractors besides T & D who do Lani Remodel..get 3 estimates ...also T & D will have a " Port a Potty " in front of your home ..for the duration...plus $$$$.

Also look at KB Construction to get an estimate.

T&D did our birdcage extension plus installed a hot tub, they did an excellent job! finished earlier than estimated completion date, our project manager was Romaro, he was there everyday the workers were there and gave us his cell phone in case we had questions. Our neighbors have had other contractors and there jobs still aren't finished or were much later than they were first told. We also did 3 estimates and did not choose the lowest price, went by reputations, knowledge of permitting and references, etc.. Highly recommend and if you can choose your project manger ask for Romaro.

If a potty is not code, it should be.

No to your question...contractors have every right to use the many " Latrines " that are available to the residents including the pool " Rest Rooms "...T & D are one of the few who put a " Out House " in front of the home..FYI..

We had a portajohn in front of our house for a month. The world didn't end, the neighbors didn't think any less of us, and we lived with it. Depending on the circumstances, a vehicle is not always left with the crew. In addition, I'd rather a worker walk out front to the portajohn than have to move the company truck (and usually the accompanying trailer) just to use the bathroom.
