Betting Odds - not polls
 

Election betting odds are now showing that Hillary Clinton has a 74.4 percent chance of being the next President.

Donald Trump is limping in at a 20 percent chance of being the next President.

The professional gamblers (yes, they do make a living doing this) are picking Hillary.

Not a partisan choosing here - just what the professional odds makers are saying. :beer3:

They too...know the game is fixed.

If you bet $3 on Hillary you will win $1 if she wins. Put up 30 grand and in 1 day you will make 10 grand.
That's not a fix. It's a good rate of return.

If betting odds are such a good indicator then why aren't more people winning at the race track than lose....yes including those who buy the odds makers sheets from the so called experts.

The only sure winner is the odds maker(s).

Give it another month and the odds will change. Two weeks ago, Trump was leading over Chillary. It's still a long way before Nov 8.

Polls are manipulated for whatever group does them. Betting odds are all about money. The politics have nothing to do with betting odds.

What an idiotic joke. To suggest that anyone could compare to the Clinton con's is ludicrous. You are definitely not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree. But, you are not alone. Not too many liberals are considered "bright." It is obvious that the liberal claim to higher education is a very expensive con/joke. Apparently, all liberals learn in college is how to get to the end as easy and effortlessly as possible. And that is how they take life, easy and no effort. Synonymous with what the average person would call "LAZY." Just more educated welfare cases, looking for a fast buck or freebie. And they finish college without learning anything but how to scam the system. College is so easy now, that my granddaughter that isn't even old enough to drive yet, is taking college courses and will have a two year degree by the time she graduates from high school. Not to disparage her, because she is a well motivated and smart young lady. But, college degrees can be obtained in a multitude of ways, including on-line, correspondence, part-time and night school. It's not even necessary to visit a college campus anymore. But, that is where you will find your empty headed liberal, on the college campus.

Your grand daughter will do fine. She's smart and has ambition.

It's the other 100,000 going for 10,000 jobs who kicked back, partied, and got Cs who won't do well. They wasted their tuition. We'll probably end up paying for it too. We can't ALL be chiefs, and some have no business trying.

I believe there is a difference between Affirmative Action and those that earned it/qualified for it. I don't put much stock in Obama's education when he doesn't even know the difference between a corpse and a corpsman. One being a dead body and the other trying to keep one from becoming a dead body. I don't put much value in his education if he doesnt' know how many states we have. And I certainly don't put much credibility in his being Commander-in-Chief if he doesn't know the difference between an assault weapon (full automatic capability) and a semi-automatic weapon.

On the other hand, Clinton does not even know her Constitution, let alone what constitutes a "weapon of war" as she calls it.

You can't deny something just on a whim. Obama made that statement regarding the 57 states during his campaign in 2008, and probably anyone on here knows he said it. But, whenever someone makes a statement that liberals does not like, they have to find one little alternate detail that might prove something to their liking, that might almost support them. Liberals should reevaluate their flawed thinking, because their thinking betrays their "liberal" ideology. Why not just leave the "liberal and progressive" label behind and admit that liberals are really SOCIALISTS and you do not argue with a SOCIALIST. And socialism is not progressive, it's OLD.

Trump was leading two weeks ago, period. Living in denial will result in your candidate losing. Bet all the money you wish, but you are also betting the future of our country. Gambling on this election just makes one a loser.

I don't gamble. I don't even buy lotto tickets. I am putting my faith in decent Americans to realize that Hillary is a scumbag and then vote against her. I find it totally unbelievable that she is still not incarcerated. Obama is playing America for the fools they are.

What I am presenting is, no matter what one believes or what the odds makers say or what the bookies say all that is important at the end of the day is how many of what they believed or forecasted or booked or bet actaully won.

Statistically it is no different than any other gamble. And the favorites do not prevail or there would be many, many people getting rich placing bets, which there are not.

My position is the elections odds makers and prognosticators or whatever anybody wants to call them have no more insight than those who were predicting Clinton to win MI by double digits. And they all tore up their bets and went home when she lost by double digits.

Political odds making is like measuring passing clouds!!!
