Premier Models on Cane Garden/Hibiscus being shown
 

I just drove by the new Premier Models that are built and being shown. They are on Cane Garden Hibiscus. There are 11 of them they have names out front they are Chatham--Sanibel (2 of them)--Grandview (2 of them)--Williamsnurg--Natchez-- St. Charles-- St. Siomsns-- St. Augustine.

Also saw 2 lots that had sold signs on them. These models overlook the 7th hole of Hibiscus. The roads are done and open (no barracades) all the way back to Lake Miona and beside the Lake Miona Golf Course Club house. Lake Miona Golf Course is not part of The Villages.

There were about 10 Villages Sales reps showing these homes when I drove by. These are located West of Cane Garden Club House. Many of the homes sites have a view of Cane Garden Club House. Many others have views of Lake Miona and Cane Garden Golf Course.

It looks like you can pick a lot and build the model you want. I don't know if that is the way they did it on the other side of Lake Miona. I am sure someone will let us know.

I'll need an economic bailout or big stimulus check first.

Figure out a way to lie, cheat, steal, get caught, go down in flames, and take a lot of people with you (that's key, now..A LOT of people with you)..you should get 10 or 20 Billion...

Does anyone know the prices of the golf course lots?

Oh My! that house is beautiful. I think 2 Amarillo's like ours could fit into it.
