Not sure exactly when wifi was enabled at the Reg. Rec. Ctrs, but, it's there. Procedure is outlined at the link below:

Thanks. It looks like TV does not provide free guest WIFI at the regional rec centers. Nor do they provide any WIFI services at any neighborhood rec center.

I believe the neighborhood Rec centers south of 466A have BrightHouse wifi. If you are a BrightHouse customer you can access it as a benefit of your account.

Silver Lake has had it since its rebuild.

A Golf Id access number is required so if you are renting you should have the ID if you have a temp resident pass! No the neighborhood recreation centers do not have Wifi. All regional recreation centers have Wi-Fi. And some village recreation centers which are the smaller facilities have Wi-Fi. But almost every restaurant and stores locally has Wi-Fi within them.

For those who wish to see for themselves where BrightHouse has located free wifi, please go to their website and find the numerous locations below 466A. Remember though you must be a BrightHouse customer to access these sites. Bright House: Free WiFi HotSpots

Res ipse loquitur.

Exactly my point. Almost every restaurant and store offers free wifi. No special bright house account needed. No special golf ID needed. That's why it's called free guest wifi. I do have a Villages ID and my golf number so I will give it a try...thanks for the helpful feedback!

If this is a complaint, I think it's a little bit apples-and-oranges to compare a rec center to a place of business. The goal of a store or restaurant is too attract as many people as possible to increase business. The goal of the rec centers is to provide service to TVers.
