Rusty- 20 year old blind dog
 

In this morning paper I was shocked to see the article about Rusty the 20 year old blind terrier mix that was put outside by himself and ended up in a drain pipe. How many times do we have to tell people to never let their dogs out unless they are on a leash and you are by their side. This could have end tragically and no one to blame but the owners. PLEASE never let your dog out by itself every especially if it is blind!!!!!

There are some real idiots amongst us when it comes to common sense about pet care and safety.
