Battery charger
 

after sitting for 2 months the 12 volt Batteries are down to 5-7 volts and charger does not kick on and no Yellow warning light. Will charger function with these low voltages??

If you have a 12 volt charger you can charge each 12 volt battery for 15-20 minuets each and that should allow the 48 volt charging system
To pick up and start charging again.
