How narrow golf cart garage?
 

How narrow is the narrowest golf cart garage? And, does the overhang count as set back? Or just to the floor of the building?

I tried to ask a construction company today, but I think they closed early on Friday.

The best people to ask is the ARC review committee, they can provide the correct answer for your setback question. I checked my house plans, and yes the overhang stop at the build lines, but please confirm with ARC. You will need to get their approval for your plans in any case, and there is no cost.
