Scam Alert Federal legal action
 

Got a call from "Campbell, CA", 408-819-9455, and a computerized voice (very good quality) stated that if I did not call back federal action would be initiated.
Obvious SCAM.

Do you know somebody in Campbell CA? Why answer if you don't?

We don't use a land line in TV. No odd phone calls

We did not answer, they actually left a message, threatening jail, fines, etc.....

We never answer either and google the number to see how many others were contacted and what it is about.

Scam is older than most residents in the Villages

I wish I had known it was a scam. I already wired them $82,325 so I wouldn't be arrested!

I've been meaning to talk to you about that.

Apparently your account only had $82,324 in it and you don't have overdraft protection.

So please send another check for $82,324 and I'll be good enough to waive the $1 you're screwing me out of.
