Hand surgeon needed

Has anyone gone to or even heard of Dr. Vikram Mehta? He is an orthopedic surgeon. All I need is a shot in my finger but would still like to hear good news from someone. Thanks

It's Gloria Chin. Also in the same office is Dr. Cynthia Harding who is highly rated.
