Zounds

I have had zounds hearing aids for 8 years and now I need repairs but before I left for vacation there was a note on the door of their office in the Best Buy shopping center that Michael was sick. I then left and I have called but there is no answer. Anyone know what's going on?

My gut reaction is the office is closed.
