Tainted Chinese Drywall
Visiting in-laws in Ellenton. Will be in TV for a Lifestyle visit this Sunday. Just read in last Sunday's Bradenton Herald about Florida's (and other states') troubles with Chinese drywall installed in homes that has an awful smell and corrodes copper. One builder in the area is totally gutting homes and starting the interiors all over again fron the studs. Anyone heard of such troubles in TV, or anyone know if the developer is aware of it so TV builders can avoid it?

Skeptical?
Cynical? How much is drywall problem, and how much is flippers who will claim anything to get out of houses that aren't going to make them that profit they were counting on getting? |
If the food for consumption gets out from China....
what can one expect about what may be lurking in drywall?? Smell or no smell.
You can bet that you would not like to see the source of the water that is used in the process to make gypsum (if that is what they even use). It is the business of low ball price prostitution....contractors/developers could care less. Their go-no go gage is the customer. No noise....IT'S FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTK |
