Please post how you resolved this. We have Suncool but have never had to call them for anything.

Poster last week indicated Chuck's wife asked him to not answer his phone on Sunday's, going forward. I would call first thing Monday, Cell is 352.516.0192.

I'm sure you'll get a return call shortly thereafter.

Not answering the phone is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. Call someone else.
