St Pete/Clearwater Airport
 

What is the best route to the airport at St. Pete? 75-275 all the way, or get off on 54 and then Veterans Parkway down to bridge at 275 and then over to the airport. 301 is also an option looking at a map.

Hard to predict traffic. But in general, I would say 75-275 all the way is usually the best.

Recently we were coming home from Gulf Port on the freeway and there was a sign for the turnoff to the Clear-water Airport and I believe it was at the Southern end of the long bay causeway. Check also on Mapquest and the airport is clearly shown. It is not the Tampa airport.

I always go 75. Few slow spots, but since it's a critical route..........they work hard on keeping things flowing. Obviously, plan for rush hours.

Take the toll road 589 to 275 across the bridge to Clearwater
