What is the model name of TV's largest Villas? # of bedrooms? Sq. footage?

I believe it's a Grantham... they don't make many.

I believe Cumberland is also one of the bigger villas they have around 1700 and it is a 3/2.

How would I find floor plan or picture of the cumberland villa?

The Grantham and the Cumberland are the same floor plan. The Grantham is what they call it in the Stucco solid concrete walls Savannah style and the Cumberland is what they call it in the Keys Style--frame construction with vinyl siding

Go to the new homes section of the Villages main web site (i can't provide the link now due to work block reasons) and do a search of new Savannah style villas. You'll see a number of Grantham, Foxglove and other 3/2 styles that are 1600+ sq. feet. Many of these are golf course site homes.

Just a note about sq. ft. - If you look at some of the 2/2 models you'll realize that much of the missing sq. feet is from the missing bedroom. In other words all the other rooms are almost the same size as most of the 3/2 homes. I'm not referring to the 1100 sq. ft 2/2 models but the 1400 sq. ft. models. I guess it depends on how much you want/need that 3rd bedroom/den.

The square footage for the Grantham is 1693 (so presumably the same for the Cumberland). BTW - the Grantham floor plan is also identical to the Camden (a designer).

If you are interested in a Grantham, I have two neighbours who are selling Granthams. One has a view lot (golf course), and the other has a private corner lot.

Villas of Spanish Springs
 

In the Villas of Spanish Springs The smallest model is over 1400 sq. ft. The villages has one left I believe in the $195,000 range. The larger ones are all sold but there are some resales available in neighboring Vista Lagos and Vista Sonoma and these are much larger. All three of these villages are right behind the Town Square(location location location).:coolsmiley:

The Villa De La Ramona, in the village of Santo Domingo, has three or four, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villas, with about 2700 sq. ft. These villas are 2 story. One of these, on the #6 tee at Tierra Del Sol, recently sold after being on the market only eight days. This villa had a heated swimming pool on a corner lot.

Two Granthams for sale in the Village of Belvedere. Belvedere Village is centrally located, close to 466. Has an adult and family pool. Wonderful location. Five or ten minutes by GOLF CART to the library, Southern Trace plaza, Beals, Walmart, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Lifelong Learning College, and a whole ton of other stuff. Ten minutes by car to the private dog park, Doggie Doo Run Run.

12 minutes by car to LSL, 18 minutes by Cart.

One Grantham is listed on MLS, a corner lot with a private yard.

The other Grantham is for sale privately, with a golf course view.

Oh my gosh, I used to be a realtor in real life. I almost forgot for a second that I'm retired!

Can you tell me where these villa's are located. We are coming by in couple weeks looking for a Villa. Also, do you know what prices they are and are who they are listed with.
