Talk of The Villages Florida - March 2017 Rental

My Home, in the Village of Silverlake, the land of trees and mature landscaping, the Historic side of the Villages, where the landscape, is not anything other in the Villages, in Sumter or Marion Counties.

A 2 bedroom, 1 bath site built home for the month of March 2017. (I am flexible on specific days.)
I am asking for the month rental $3800.00 at time 10 days prior to occupancy.

Included in my home is Comcast Internet and Basic TV, 4 Flatscreen TV�s (2 TV�s are by air)
All tile floors for easy cleaning, Washer & Dryer in Utility Room.
A backyard 12x24 Deck with a Pergola that has all the privacy one would need while watching the outside TV (by air) or just lounging on those magnificent Florida spring evenings.
A gas grille, and outdoor shower too:-)

2002 Club Car Golf Cart, set of mens golf clubs, and 10-speed mens bike included too!

Spanish Springs Town Square is exactly 10 minutes by golf cart. Shopping, wether for hardware, food, and dozens of restaurants, all by Golf Cart, unless you want to travel out of town, no automobile needed.

Required a cleaning charge of $75.00 at signing of rental agreement.

I require a surety deposit of $1000.00 upon signing the rental agreement, this assures me that you will show up at my door on the first day, at that time, I will return your Deposit by Bank Check.

I require a security Deposit of $1000.00 upon signing the rental agreement, This will be returned 10 days after vacating the home, providing there is no damage to the property.
