Has construction stopped on Bob Evans??
 

Haven't seen anyone working on the new Bob Evans in Colony lately. At first there was lots of activity. Now nothing. So far just the wooden frame is up. Anyone know the status of it? :icon_hungry:

I noticed that also.

Could be awaiting inspection.

or could be awaiting payment, A contract would never stop at that stage unless there were big problems with material,engineering or payments.
At that stage inspections aren't a big deal unless a real screw up happened on the main structure.
My suspicions are payment.

They were working this AM went I was there.

I go by all the time and have not noticed any stoppage.

Maybe they took some time and "went down on the farm"

With construction there are wait-times due to inspections, waiting for subs to come, weather and other issues that aren't the fault of the contractor. With home-building at least, this is a factor. We've built several homes and also some home improvement projects so have only that experience.

White hat says Heat and waiting for Trusses. been doing minor framing while the wait
