Just to share my experience with Rotech. My prescription was sent three weeks ago and the supplies have not yet been shipped. They did not respond to my e-mail and in response to phone calls four days apart, I was given the identical rehearsed response by different phone agents. I am changing to a different company.

Don't use American Home Patient.

no matter which one you use. They will not ship until after they are paid bye SS. or which ever insurance you have.

We use Breathe Easy in Leesburg. They have been very good.

I use personal pulmonary. Never had a problem... they're owned by Medicine Chest in LSL and have a physical store on 441
