getting across 466A
 

does anybody know how we will get across 466A into the new Brownwood town square with our golf carts...

There is a tunnel right by Colony Cottage which will take you across. There is another tunnel also, but I can't remember if it is at Canal Street to Buena Vista.

Tunnels are in place at Buena Vista and Morse Blvd under 466A.

Does anyone know when Brownwood is supposed to be done? My family owns property on Lake Deaton and I don't get out there as often as I used to.

Interesting - I thought TV had the rights to all the land around the lake. But I see from your post that is not correct. I'll have to ask my rep.

The tunnel near Morse is just east of Colony Rec Center. The tunnel near Buena Vista is east of Buena Vista, you pass Sandhill, drive right through part of Turtle Mount and continue along 466a for a short distance and then under 466a.

There are a few parcels around Lake Deaton that are not owned by TV, but some of them look land-locked by TV! It will be interesting to see how that all gets developed, as I recall there's a lot of growth around that lake, not much of a shoreline.
