Close the gate......
 

We live in Santo Domingo in a 2BR, CYV. We are fortunate to have huge property here. Great for our dogs, too.
The gate, that is the main access to the yard from the front of our home, has suddenly developed rot. It ABSOLUTELY needs replacement.
If you have ever had a gate replaced, how much did it cost?? I have no frame of reference.
This gent is doing a soup to nuts replacement.
