The New Comers Guide is a annual flyer/book that comes out once a year with all subscribers to the Daily Sun or you can purchase one for $5

Saw one for the first time in my dentist's off. It's 95% ads, 1/2 of which are medical. There is some info on each neighborhood and rec centers, all of which can be found on line
