2015 club car efi speed
 

can tis cart be speeded up to go 21-23 mph as opposed to the dealer set at sale speed of 19.?? i understand the law issue and dealers wont sett it higher. my question is can the cart go more than 19 and what is required. im tired of every Yamaha flying by me
