Doubt the potential prison sentence has a thing to do with the fact a Teleprompter was stolen but the VALUE of the teleprompter. U.S. Courts are not allowed to sentence by who owned something but rather by the actual value of the item. Ha nitty is just being his usual self -- spouting to the masses with a lot of facts missing. If you choose to buy into his drivel, that's up to you. Personally, I take his comments with a large grain of salt, just as I do Rachel Maddow.
