Preen for the South!
 

Preen has a new product specifically geared to Southern plants and pests. I'd say it is certainly worth a consideration.

From their email blurb:


"Preen Weed Preventer Southern Formula stops weeds before they start around trees and shrubs and in flower beds. This newly formulated Preen stops grassy and broadleaf weeds from sprouting for up to four months, including many southern pests, such as common lespedeza and black medic. Check with your local garden center for availability."

I agree. I have used a lot of Preen for the last 20 years. Glad to know they have a new formulation for this area!
