Does it give you a voice alert on your cellphone like WFTV did before they changed their alert system?

I still get voice alerts on my phone from WFTV. I did find I needed go in and select the alerts I wanted to receive. Seems to work well, I get lightning and no lighting alerts regularly, and heavy rain events have "storm" sound.
