Refrigerator repair
 

I need a refrigerator repaired. Two contractors were suggested,
MD Appliance in Micanopy and
Village Refrigerator and appliance repair
Any thoughts??

another Becks fan. He's good, fixed my refrigerator door latch and he found a replacement shelf for my refrigerator that had been discontinued and unavailable anywhere.

Alan Beck is very good at what he does. Used him once because water was puddling in front of the fridge. Alan was in and out in 45 minutes. He had to take the ice maker out and remove the rear wall of the freezer. He used a steam cleaner to defrost the accumulated ice and replace a check valve. It was a pleasure to watch him work. We'd definitely use Alan Beck again for any appliance repair. However, he does not repair Bosch appliances.

Good work,good price .Used him 2 times.Once my dishwasher was not pumping out the used water.He asked if we are snowbirds and just returned to TV.The answer was yes.
He knew what the problem was and showed me how to fix it.So if happen again I would not need to call him.Just needed to manually spin the water pump to loosen some dried junk.

Rick just left me home after fixing my dishwasher. He asked me what symptom my dishwasher had, got down on the floor to listen to it run and had the problem resolved in 15 minutes. (It was a faulty capacitor that kept the motor from doing it's thing.)

I honestly feel that Rick treated me well as he easily could have convinced me that the motor needed to be replaced. His service fee and cost of the capacitor was considerably less than what I expected to pay. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed.
