Chinese-Made Golf Car

Does anyone know the name/contact information for the Chinese-made golf car that can go on the street or on the golf cart trails? It has heat, a/c, etc.

Buy American!

Not pretty but infinitely safer than a conventional golf car

I like to buy American however possible. Yamaha seems to be what most people here have, as we do. Are all Yamaha carts made in USA?

I think you would enjoy owning a golf cart and then you can give your opinion of driving one.

I like our Yamaha Gas Cart. We have owned golf carts in two neighborhoods before here and have driven them on the golf course for 40 years, both gas and electric ones. They are different than a car and slower. The relative safety is determined by the amount and skill of other drivers as well as your own skill level, reaction time as well as as the cart itself. It goes slower so it is safer than a motorcycle, but it still has no sides and no roll over protection. Most people can drive a golf cart for years without testing it's roll over ability, but the no sides is a problem, even with seatbelts.

But the joy of riding around this beautiful place at the speed limit expected and being careful where ever you go is worth the risk, I think.

You don't have to one one, mu wife took a test drive in the Atomic, fully enclose body, power windows, 4 wheel disc brakes, real windshield wipers-- you don't have to own a Mercedes to know its safer than a Pinto, we bought a combat buddy of mine a new Yamaha EFI cart when he & his wife lived in the Villages--I drove it once--never again-- a real death trap

It might be made in USA, but it's a Japanese company.

Then they all are, eh?

Just jack up the steering wheel and put any other brand under it.
They are all the same.....designed for use on golf courses!!!
