What are the racial statistics on handouts??? And what constitutes an African-American? 10%, 20%, 30% of what? You know one when you see one?

I know many many people that have done 23andme dna analysis. All of the very very fair skinned people, blue eyes etc had at least (.4%) Sub-Saharan blood.

Doing the math, that is a LOT more than the required drop.

Even the Revolutionary War was over money. The Colonists wanted to keep their profits and not share them. The Civil War was over states rights. The Unions illegal baiting the south, the war to stop them from lawfully seceding. WW's, politics and money. Korea, lies. Vietnam, French agricultural interests.

The "great" side effects of a good war? Lower unemployment as the young men die. Debts are cancelled and new debts created. Power is redistributed.
