The subjects appear to be a White or Hispanic Female with dark hair, and appearing to be in her 20’s-30’s with dark hair. The male subject appears to be a white male with facial hair and a ball cap. Nathan Allen Higgins, 35, Crucelis Nunez, 23, and Randall Eugene Tomko, 58, were arrested Thursday.
