They've done very well for us and have always come out the next day if we call about an interior issue.

I'll give them a thumbs up for pest services and they are responsive to specific situations such as ant invasions.

I use Massey for several services - pest control being one of them, termites another. Overall, I have been pleased. They are not the cheapest but have always given us very good and responsive service. And I like it that their phone are always - and I mean ALWAYS - answered by a human. No esoteric voice mail systems and elevator music to wait through here!

One word of warning when arranging for lawn and house care - try to avoid giving them an "out" through finger pointing. For example, one company cuts, one company fertilizes and controls weeds and pests, one company handles sprinklers, etc. When a problem comes up, they each blame the other one. I use Massey for just about everything except yard cutting so if I have a problem, it is theirs to fix.

I have had other services, none of which has provided the quality service as Massey. Also, as mentioned, they always come out the next day.

We use most of their services, other than grass cutting. They even handle our irrigation. Excellent company, very dependable, but not inexpensive. They went so far as to set up my irrigation on the flower garden to run for a short time every morning while I was on vacation, I called when I got home and they came and returned the cycle to normal.

Thumbs up for Massey especially if your full-time. As others posted they are very good at responding to any problems. If you are a snowbird that owns then make sure you have someone looking after your house for any of these yard type issues. Problems can come up very quickly between service stops.

:agree: We've experienced the same finger pointing in the past.
That's why we use Falcon Lawn and Pest, a full-service company!

Two homes later and still use Massey.

Have been using their pest service since moving here. It is their best service.

Another vote for Massey who has handled pest and termite for us for the last 3 years. Always answer the phone, always resond on a timely basis to any issues we've had.

We have lived in TV for a few years and never had any kind of pest control performed.
The few bugs we have found here or there are insignificant and not worthy of having any kind of contractual pest service.
If we get a fire ant mound in the yard, we sprinkle Amdro and the problem is solved.
Ants in the house? We use Terro for one type of ants or ant traps.

Local pest companies scare residents to death.
It's a shame the majority here have fallen for their scare tactics and that homeowners have fallen into their clutches.
