Anyone seen this Tom Hanks' movie yet?

I want to see it. A long time ago I worked air traffic

We saw it yesterday and thought it was great. We all saw the news footage, but much more was going on behind the scenes and this movie tells that story. I was not expecting the emotional impact of the events as the story unfolded. It was very well done and we highly recommend it. By the way, the story was told with no bad language (as I recall) and (spoiler alert) nobody dies.

Good to hear it. And it is playing at both the Old Mill Playhouse and the Barnstorm Theater.

Great behind the news footage truths. Get there early. . . a sell out!

Saw the movie this morning at Brownwood - 10:40 - good crowd -not full - excellent movie from beginning to end - don't rush out after the movie as they have some extras during the credits. If you are a movie person - we go just about every Sunday morning - this is a must see.

Sounds good. The morning shows do not seem as crowded as the early and mid-afternoon ones.

Best movie in a long time.

Excellent movie. I lived in NJ when this happened. We saw it, read about it etc. But what we didn't get was all the behind the scenes nonsense that goes on. Tom Hanks did an excellent job as Captain Sully. A very powerful movie. A good clean cut true story, no foul language, no nudity and no mass murders. And yes don't leave the theatre when the credits roll, lots of scenes that are not shown in the movie. Stay until the music stops.

Same as me, I worked at Pensacola Approach. Were you a PATCO member?

I saw this movie this afternoon at the Barnstorm Theater. Very good movie and seemed very true to how people act in such situations.

Really enjoy most of the movies Clint Eastwood has been involved with over the years. Clint Eastwood - Rotten Tomatoes

We saw it yesterday afternoon; a really, really good movie. I have about 3,500 hrs. in the cockpit and have had a few of those "oh, crap" moments and didn't have much time to get things assessed and back to flying the plane.

Agree with all
Love the true story movies
Tom is a great actor and a great story
Hats off for Sully he was a great pilot and kept his cool in a very scary situation
His military training kicked in and he saved many lives
He's a very humble man and a outstanding pilot!!
