Women and minorities can't get certain jobs without quotas. It's NOT because they're not as good...oh no...that CAN'T be the reason. Even though they're OVER represented in areas they ARE better than others.

The NBA, NFL, why are they 90% black IF there's discrimination? Why is nursing and "caring" fields mostly women if there's discrimination? Because they're GOOD at it...so they're snatched up. The things they're NOT as good at....they're NOT hired to do. It's VERY simple and it's NOT discrimination.
