BJ's Cap-Drains
 

Sick of wading through ankle deep water in my screened lanai to let the dog out, I finally cut the ad for BJ's Cap-Drains out of the paper and called. The next day, measurements were taken and three days after that (yesterday), Timm Cox came and installed them! After yesterday's 3/4" and today's 1/4" downpours, the lanai was completely dry within a half hour of the last sprinkle! Timm also fixed a troublesome sliding door lock that four people had tried and failed to fix. Call him - he's a super handyman, and I can't say enough about the effectiveness of BJ's Cap-Drains!
