We Did It
 
Today we we made the down payment on a new house Hemmingway.
If all goes according to plan, we close on Appril, 21st and will then be official Village People.

Whalen..... congrats to you and hubby; boy, that sure didn't take long; hopefully, you're not locked in too long on your rental.

I do enjoy reading the stories of those who are able to sell elsewhere (and even those who don't) and find their bit of paradise here.
