I'll believe it when I see a letter from a doctor, based on an actual examination, specifically stating
she does not have the disease. Until then, it's purely speculation on both sides.

At least if she has a disease, she has a little bit of an excuse for being so inept and lazy. If she is good to go medically, then she is still unfit for the job. Anyone that is OK and passes out from "dehydration" on a regular basis, is not fit for the job.
