The 2 car garage has a screen and stairs for attic storage.

Located close to all shopping and restaurants on Rt 466. 5 minute golf cart ride to Saddlebrook or Savannah rec centers. Close to medical and financial facilities.

No need for curtains or drapes since there are plantation shutters.

Easy golf cart ride to either Lake Sumter Landing Square or Spanish Springs Square.


Owner pays all taxes, amenities fees, water/sewer, trash pickup, lawn care, landscaping, pest control inside and out.

Renter pays electric and gas utilities, renters insurance (required), and optional cable TV, internet, basic local phone service. Renter pays $50 for Temporary Resident ID's ($50/2) for all the amenities in The Villages.
