The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, brand NEW gas stove, pull outs in the cabinets and pantry and plenty of room for a dinette set.
The large open living room/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and solar light.
The large ENCLOSED lanai has heat & A/C and privacy blinds. It is 20x9.
The 2 car garage has a screen and stairs for attic storage.

Owner pays all taxes, amenities fees, water/sewer, trash pickup, lawn care, landscaping, pest control inside and out.
Renter pays electric and gas utilities, renters insurance (required), and optional cable TV, internet, basic local phone service. Renter pays $50 for Temporary Resident ID's ($50/2) for all the amenities in The Villages.
