Ryan O'Cull- best garage door guy I've EVER met. Thank you Ryan!!

Folks who know me know that I rarely recommend anyone unless I have first hand knowledge of their work ethic, competence, professionalism, etc.

My son has recently moved down here to join my business. We bought a home for him "as is" knowing it would need some work. Eric and I have vast experience working on houses so that is not a problem.

We found a problem with the garage door. Reading so many positive things here on TOTV about Ryan, I called him. My son's house is a bit outside Ryan's normal territory, so I was hoping he could at least recommend someone else closer to my son's home that we could hire.

I called Ryan yesterday, and he himself came to my son's home today. He would have been there yesterday, but I told him it was not urgent, and if he was indeed willing to come out here please come out whenever it was best for him....no hurry.

Ryan not only expertly fixed my son's garage door in record time, he discovered a hidden problem INSIDE my son's opener that even I would have never found. Ryan showed us a part that most likely would have failed within a month or so, and because of the other problem that we called him to fix, if THAT part failed the door would have come crashing down potentially killing someone or doing great damage to anything under it.

To think my wonderful 2 year old granddaughter could have been hurt by that garage door is too much to bear. It was truly a time bomb.

Ryan grew up working on garage doors with his Dad and has years of experience. His work was superb, his price VERY reasonable and he promises to be there for you always quickly.

In this day and age when it is difficult to know who to trust, I am glad I found Ryan O'Cull to work on my son's garage door. From now on he will be the ONLY person I will have working on my garage doors.

I'll just add that Ryan does not know I'm posting this and he did not ask for anything like this at all. I am somewhat hard to impress, but I was indeed impressed and thankful today for Ryan's good work. For anyone who wants it, Ryan's number is 352-617-0522. He works almost 100% in The Villages, but will venture outside The Villages if needed.

I know Ryan does not read TOTV, but if anyone hires him, please tell him Frank says thank you again.

Respectfully, Frank D'Angelo

Well there it is. Frank is a great guy who helped me a whole lot and he is on the money about Ryan. New door new opener installed quickly and properly, another happy customer.

Ryan is, indeed, great! I called him after 5:30pm yesterday about a garage door opener receiver problem. While I told him there was no urgency, he happened to be in the area and arrived at our home in 5 minutes. He inspected the opener to confirm that there were no mechanical issues and re-programmed the remote and our auto Homelink to function as desired. He was extremely efficient - the whole process took less than 15 minutes - and his fee was very reasonable.
