Comcast phone service
 

Has anyone with Comcast phone service experienced one way transmission at times.

Over the last 2-4 weeks we have had a few instances where one party could not hear the other party. We were not sure if it was our own wireless phones, or Comcast.

Call it in. Comcast has a piece of equipment in their office that is bad and they don't want to change it because of the cost.

Have not experience any issues with Comcast phone service.

Have Comcast coming out to check for the third time.

Update, over the last week, we have lost Internet and phone service twice, for anywhere for a few minutes to around 20 minutes. It seems if I reset the modem at our house these come back.......
