Villas of Spanish Springs etc

Does anyone live in the Villas of Spanish Springs, Vista Sonoma Villas , or the Vista Lago Villas. We were in the vicinity of Spanish Springs and were curious as to how big these places are mainly because we can't find info online.

I don't live in that area but did an internet search with Bing and found some undated listings for sales and rentals. So it isn't first-hand info, but it should be good for giving you an idea of selling process, square footages and some pics, too.

We live in The Villas Of Spanish Springs and love it. :BigApplause:

The listing that is in the other post must be pretty old.
That particular unit is the smallest on the street and the current pricing is closer to $300,000.

Our unit is 1850 square feet. Master bedroom on first floor. The second floor has a large loft and a second bedroom and bath. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

The three story units are around 22- 2400 sq. ft.

Are they condo type maintenance? No lawn to mow, but extra fees?

I assume it is. That is a lot of square foot of living space on a very small lot.

Looks nice

kitkat1 09-28-2016 05:55 AM

Are there condo fees involved and are there any one story units?

kitkat1 09-28-2016 05:58 AM

They look so nice. I guess the only way to see the inside is if a unit goes on the market for sale

I believe Sonoma and Lagos have a few one story units. Our Condo Fees are $360.00 a mo. No bonds.

If you're in love with the townhome style but the area is not that important. At Glenview Country Club off Buena Vista near the Savannah Center they also have carriage homes. They sit behind the 9th green of the Tally Ho nine, so you have great views of the golf course. When I play there, it seems most are two story, which sets them apart from most other Village homes. I don't know how many there are, but quite a few.

I did a quick search and found one that is for sale, it is $410K.

 They are very nice. They were used for the Lifestyle Visit Program too. That was where we drank the Kool-Aid. We stay in a one story home.

I think you can find the answers to your questions if you read the Declaration of Condominium for each of the Spanish Springs areas here:
Deed Restrictions - Lake County

We were put into one of these homes for our lifestyle visit which was many years ago. We were in the group that is almost opposite the Marriott Hotel. They are absolutely gorgeous and were not for sale when we were looking. Ours was all on one floor with access to a common green area.

I actually prefer the ones that front or back (however you look at it) onto to Aveneda, they have a walled patio area which gives a real Spanish feel to the property.

Can you tell me what the condo fees include! thanks
