Trump would not rent to blacks in NYC

The Justice Department undertook its own investigation and, in 1973, sued Trump Management for discriminating against blacks. Both Fred Trump, the company’s chairman, and Donald Trump, its president, were named as defendants. It was front-page news, and for Donald, amounted to his debut in the public eye.

What was the outcome of the lawsuit?

a bunch of landlords were sued as part of a larger case,

Republican nominee Donald Trump responded briefly, noting that his company’s involvement was merely part of something larger: “We, along with many, many other companies throughout the country … were sued. We settled the suit with zero—with no admission of guilt.”

It is true that there was no legal decision about whether or not the Trump Management Corporation did engage in discriminatory practices. It is also true that the case was part of something bigger.:read:

Clinton said that Trump "started his career back in 1973 being sued by the Justice Department for racial discrimination because he would not rent apartments in one of his developments to African-Americans."

Both parts of the statement are carefully worded and accurate. The Justice Department sued Trump, his father and their company under the Civil Rights Act in 1973. In many instances, the government said, prospective black tenants were blocked from renting in his buildings.

The case was settled and Trump never admitted guilt, though his company had to agree to stipulations meant to prevent future discrimination at his rental properties.

Imagine, Trump is judged as having personally done any questionable act by every salesperson ever working for him as a business owner of 100's of corporations yet Hillary and all her staffers and Lawyers committed and continue to commit hideous crimes against America.

You can't make this stuff up.

The media wants to divert Hillary criminality by talking about a scum beauty queen from 20 years ago.

Three crazy liberals continue to post nonsense. No reflection of overwhelming pro Trump Villagers sentiment.

Hillary is:

A thief
A murderer
A pathological liar
A traitor
A violator of National Security
And a nasty and mean spirited person to those that work for her.
