Tankless water heater
 

We just purchased a Patio Villa in Bonnybrook.It has a tankless water heater on the ( outside ) wall of the house.I understand that it will save electric as it only runs when you turn the water on.It takes a few min,of running the hot water,but it dose get and stay hot.
I would like to know anyone that has one,how do you like it ? And what temp. do you keep on it in the garage.
