Executive CrossOver Courses

We're fairly new to the Villages. Husband and I played Okochoobee Executive course last week and they paired us with a lovely man that told us there is such a thing as crossover executive courses - where you can schedule a tee time on one course and cross over to the other course, such as Escambia if you enter it correctly in the tee time system. Try as I might, I can't find any information anywhere in regard to what courses this would apply to, if there are certain dates (maybe only in the summer?) Can anyone please point me in the right direction for information? Thanks.

I believe that only occurs during the summer season, which ended Sept, 30.

You are correct.

Couldn't one do this manually? For example, book tee times at Okochoobee at 10:00 am and then Edscambia at 12:30 pm?

Give it a try, but I don't think the system will accept the second request. If there was a way to do this, someone would have figured it out long ago and shared it.
