Yes, The shoe store in Oxford down the street From Bargains and Treasures does shoe repair. Forgot the name of it.

The Dry Cleaner in Colony Plaza shopping center has a sign in the window advertising that they do shoe repair.

Yes and the one near Bargains and Treasures is called "All about Feet" and he is an expert in foot problems and shoe inserts to help alleviate pain.

From dancing as much as I do, I had a case of Plantar Facitis (sp?) and he sold me some inserts and shoes that helped the problem immediately. I call him the "miracle worker"...
