Wayne from Brian Terry came out after our general contractor quit on us before completion of an addition including a new lanai. Another siding company we called with good reviews had a six week time line. After recommendation from a friend's wonderful general contractor we called Wayne with Brian Terry Vinyl he came out the same morning. The bid was done in two days and work started the following week. There were numerous mistakes by our former builders construction and some of those problems that were corrected by Brian Terry Vinyl. Their installers were professional, prompt, and precise with their work. They went way above and beyond fixing another contractors incompetent and incomplete construction rather than slapping vinyl over the mistakes. Without them, our addition would have looked like a project gone wrong. Instead we are proud of the exterior and will readily recommend them to anyone. Thanks Wayne for your professionalism, integrity and a wonderful crew of experts!

After a $50,000 addition we learned to only go with contractors used by friends that had wonderful outcomes. Not the first to bid or the cheapest. In the end you can end up spending thousands more for terrible quality. Not worth it!!!

Who was the original contractor and what went wrong ?

That is the question that should be supplied. Sort of like the $64.00 question it will be interesting to see if it is posted.

So happy your nightmare is over. I also have nothing but great to say about Wayne and Brian Terry Vinyl. They enclosed our lanai and put on our bird cage. Top notch work. I was in contact with Wayne whenever I had a question and he was always very responsive with the right answers. Highly recommend. (no money up front until two weeks after project was finished.)

They put gutters on our whole house 2 years ago---excellent workmanship and very reasonable price---would have cost 4x as much in NY
