New courtyard villa in Woodbury
 

We just bought a new Durham courtyard villa in the village of Woodbry! We close on October 28th. Can't wait to finally own in The Villages! We've visited about 6 times and finally decided to actually buy. We will be snowbirds from Delaware. My only concern is that it's so far away from town squares etc. It looks really pretty up that way though and they are supposed to be building even more stores around there. Any views on this area? I can't wait to meet all my new neighbors!

We are from Milford, Delaware and live in Royal Oaks which is in Springdale. It's great up here in the North section it takes us about 25 mins by golf cart to get to both town squares in this end of the Villages.Brownwood takes about 50 mins.Your going to love it here.

We also live in Milford, Delaware! We live in Hearthstone Manor. Such a small world! I can't wait to be part of The Villages even if it's only part time. Thank you for your response and maybe we will meet someday!

Grew up in Milford and lived in Woodshaven near the high school.There is a Delaware Club here in the Villages and we meet the 1st Tuesday of the month at the Canal Rec Center.Give us a call.

Thank you for the info! We actually just moved to Delaware this past March. My husband and I both grew up in South Jersey and lived there all our lives. We always vacationed at the southern Delaware shores though. And you can't beat the taxes in Delaware! It would really be nice to meet you, Bob and Donna Smith!
