Your first night's dinner is on us so you can immediately begin relaxing after your arrival at this Florida retreat. This Designer home is open and airy and sits on a corner lot in Tamarind Grove, just north of 466A. It has recently been furnished and is ready for you to come and enjoy!

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 42 in. TV, separate his and hers walk-in closets, his and hers sinks and a walk in Roman shower.
Living Room is light and spacious and includes 2 LaZboy recliners, a 55 in. TV and a dining room table seating 6.
Kitchen includes a dinette, 24 in. TV and all of the essentials you might need during your stay.
Guest Room has a queen size bed and a 32 in. TV.
Office has a desk and a queen sized pull out sofa bed.

No Pets and No Smoking
Rental Fees cover Temporary Villages ID, utilities, satellite TV, trash, lawn service, internet and a $50 gift card for TooJays restaurant.

Rental Policy
Security Deposit of $1,000 plus half of the total rental amount due with signed agreement.
Balance due 90 days prior to commencement of the rental
9% Florida Sales & Use Tax.
$150 cleaning fee.
